What could be improved is the whole system, from the driver who should not have to read the description of the area on his phone while driving - that is classified as distracted driving and we just about went through a highway intersection without stopping. It was only when I yelled out to stop that the driver realized he was to stop. And the driver should master the English language as we could barely understand what was being said. Suggestion: let the driver drive and provide each passenger with headset with prerecorded info at their desired language or have a separate guide from the driving…”
