“We had our tour on Thursday, Aug. 7. We had so much fun! My family enjoyed it a lot especially with a tour guide/driver like Habib! He was great and even takes great photos! He made our tour enjoyable! He was very knowledgeable about all the places we been to and with so many other things. There were so many stops and he gave us plenty of time in every stop for us to enjoy the view, to take pictures, to browse. Even our lunch, he gave us enough time to enjoy our lunch. “We liked Waterton very much. What could be improved is the whole system, from the driver who should not have to read the description of the area on his phone while driving - that is classified as distracted driving and we just about went through a highway intersection without stopping. It was only when I yelled out to stop that the driver realized he was to stop. And the driver should master the English language as we could barely understand what was being said. Suggestion: let the driver drive and provide each passenger with headset with prerecorded info at their desired language or have a separate guide from the driving…”

“This tour was lacklustre and very boring. Guide is obviously not native to Waterton nor to Alberta nor to Canada. Literally, gave maybe 5 already known basic facts for the entire tour. Now I am not trying to be picky but we went on a tour in Banff with a French lady (from France and had been in Can for 0nly 8months) but her knowledge and tour was stellar!! Basically you spend 6 hours in the vehicle (driving to and from) and very limited time in Waterton to enjoy scenery. The tour was rushed. Also, in the description, it mentions lake cruise.
